We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice. We’re here to work with you and make things convenient.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. We do, however, send a text message about 60-minutes before arrival so that you can plan accordingly.
