One of our team members will reach out to you within 24 hours to verify your information and arrange your service plan.
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gates), we’ll take care of the cleanup. If access is restricted, we’ll notify you to reschedule.
For yards larger than 1/4 acre, an additional fee of $2.50 per visit applies for every extra 1/4 acre. If there’s excessive waste buildup, such as several months’ worth, a one-time initial cleanup fee may apply. We’ll provide a quote upfront for these situations.
You’ll receive an invoice, and your card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month before service, ensuring seamless service without interruption.
We simply ask that your yard is accessible, your pets are kept indoors during the visit for the safety of our team members (unless dog is approved otherwise), and that the area is free of large debris or obstacles. If you have specific instructions, feel free to let us know!
Our standard pricing covers either the front yard or backyard. If you’d like both areas cleaned, simply select the front yard as an additional service when signing up, and we’ll include it in your service plan.
